FEED SYSTEMS

HydroBlend® feed systems ensure that the product feed rates are consistent over predictable time periods. HydroBlend® products are available in various configurations allowing its application to many different processes.

HydroBlend® is used in a solid block cartridge form, exposing to the water a predetermined fixed surface area from which accurate feed rates can be predicted. HydroBlend® systems consist of Media Delivery Heads (Prefilter or Flow-Thru) that are paired with various cartridge designs based on water flow rates, line size, and other usage characteristics. Unlike standard polyphosphate treatment, HydroBlend® Systems allow various configurations to meet most treatment requirements with the goal of obtaining proper feed rates for desired treatment volumes.

SCALESTICK SYSTEMS

ScaleStick Systems are a special HydroBlend feed system developed to be used with prefilter heads


The ScaleStick® water treatment line includes a variety of cartridge configurations allowing their use in many different water treatment applications. The ScaleStick® feed system can be tailored to meet various equipment or user demands including flow rates, frequency of use, and desired treatment duration.

ScaleStick® Systems utilize drop-in style housings where the same housing is used and cartridges are exchanged periodically. These are available in Single or Twin Housings. The High Temp ScaleStick® Systems are to be used on dedicated hot water lines primarily for warewash applications. ScaleStick® Twin systems are offered with Sediment or Carbon Block Filters in housings that accept 10″, 16″ or 20″ filters.
